Hello, and welcome to my page! I truly believe that every individual, couple, and family can create positive change in their lives. Therapy is a great way to make your mental health a priority. Life is full of challenges and obstacles and we all could use help to manage these issues. The ultimate goal of therapy is to help us to live our best lives possible. My approach includes empowering clients to actively seek out improving their quality of life. I believe that each client is unique and has a meaningful story to tell. I am a client-centered therapist who will meet each client where they are on their mental health journey.

Together we will work to use client strengths to help create positive change. We will also work together to address challenging issues that might be preventing us from making necessary progress.
